About me
Throughout the years I found that my personal purpose is to connect people and their energy so we can transform the negative into something that is positive and good.
Since 2018 I started multiple companies in the field of Obeya, which means 'big room' in Japanese: a physical and/or digital space to build alignment, drive cultural change and get work done.
Because we believe that the Obeya movement fosters conscious organisations capable to build a better world for future generations.
I started the Obeya Association and the VuurVogels (Phoenix) foundation together with my friend Dolf Reijnders. Our motto: 'Rise by lifting others'
