He has successfully built Obeya frameworks for operational police teams, which have been cascaded to the district level. Certified by the Obeya Association and Leading with Obeya, Dennis helps organizations harness the power of Obeya to improve collaboration and performance.
As a Senior Agile Coach and Trainer, Dennis has extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies. With experience at the National Police and various municipalities, he excels in change management and organizational development. He guides teams to become more self-reliant and agile, leading to better teamwork and adaptability to change.
