About me
Jelger's favorite quote is “you do not have to be sick to get better” and relentless improvement is what drives him.
After jumping on the Agile train some 15 years ago he has been working on building a better organization. Initially with a focus on teams and management in the role of Agile coach, gradually shifting focus to a more holistic interest in how organizations work as a system.
His current efforts as a change agent within Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs (DUO) are focused on scaling and alignment within their way of working. Working together with management and with a strong focus on the desired outcome he tends to mix and match frameworks and methodologies to achieve sustainable improvement. He sees Obeya as a way forward to support our decision-making and better connect our strategic goals with the execution in the teams supporting decision.
