William is a solutions-oriented Scrum Master with a strong focus on continuous improvement. With over 10 years of experience, he has helped a wide range of organizations successfully deliver complex projects, improve team predictability, and enhance both team dynamics and individual job satisfaction. As a Scrum Master, William believes that teams perform at their best when there is a balance between team members, processes, and product quality.

For William, the Obeya approach is the missing puzzle piece for many organizations already working with Scrum or SAFe, whether combined with OKRs or not. By bringing everything together in one space, Obeya creates structure, focus, clarity, and, most importantly, transparency that permeates all levels of the organization.
In addition to his role as a Scrum Master, William also serves as a Product Lead at Towson, where he is responsible for developing games and training programs aimed at inspiring and supporting teams in their growth journey. William believes in the power of multidisciplinary teams and creative solutions, consistently bringing calm and structure to every project.
