About me
Fabio is a social architect, Business Agility Coach, Obeya practitioner and founder of Agile School. He has a strong purpose of helping to create organisational ecosystems where ordinary people can achieve extraordinary results and the mission to accelerate the transformation towards Business Agility. He works in organisational consultancy since 2003, executive coaching since 2004. From 2011 onwards he started to work with teams applying Agile methodologies and Agile process adaptation in order to enhance the organisational performance.
Fabio is author of several books, including:
- Il Quinto Paradigma (Franco Angeli 2017) which writes about the histories, principles, methodology and tools of the Agile organisations which are adopting the sharing autonomy paradigma
- Business Agility (Franco Angeli 2019), what it is, how it works and why business agility is so necessary today
- Guida alle metodologie Agile (Agile School 2022).
- Human-Centred Organisation (Agile School 2022), how the HR practice change in an Agile organisation.
- Master of Business Agility for Managers & Entrepreneurs (Agile School 2023).
