First Timer / Non-Members

Are you a first-timer? You can buy a regular ticket which includes a 1 year free membership with the value of €75! 

Venue - DeFabrique 

DeFabrique is one of the largest events and activities venues in the Netherlands, located in the edge of Utrecht. DeFabrique is centrally located, close to Utrecht and along the A2 highway. This makes it easily accessible and parking is free. 

Various trains from both Amsterdam and Utrecht stop at our local Maarssen train station. There will be a shuttle service from and to Maarssen station both before and after the event. 

Alternatively; DeFabrique is a mere fifteen minutes’ walk from the station.

Hotel Options

Because both the pre-party on 9th of November as well as the Summit are celebrated in Utrecht, we recommend you to pick a hotel in Utrecht. It is a very pretty city and convenient to travel to and from, also when you want to explore Amsterdam (from Utrecht to Amsterdam is only a 30 minute train ride).

Regarding hotels, here are some suggestions:

• Bunk Hotel Utrecht (also in Amsterdam, https://wearebunk.com)
  Why? City center, artsy vibe, nice buzz, good food. It is very alive ’n kicking!
  Why not? Well, if you want a more quiet space and perhaps a bigger room, than there are better options.

• Inntel Hotels Utrecht (https://www.inntelhotelsutrechtcentre.nl/)
  Why? Next to the train station and on walking distance from the city centre, a modern hotel with good views of the city. It just got everything you expect from a hotel.
  Why not? If you want less hotel vibe and are looking for a more budget option.

• Ibis Hotel
  Why? Just a fine hotel if you come by car (free parking around the hotel), want to be able to walk only minutes to the pre-summit party and are look for a more budget option.
  Why not? Well, although the hotel is still close to the centre of Utrecht, it still takes you 15 minutes by bike.
