As a certified team coach and expert in organizational development, HR, Lean & Agile, I have been improving team collaboration, team effectiveness, and organizational efficiency for more than 15 years. Change is often not easy. My drive is to take the path that brings the most benefit to the greater whole. My experience is broad, but my contribution remains consistent: as an initiator, connector, co-creator, and collaborator. I fulfill these roles as a program manager, project leader, facilitator, interim manager, consultant, and coach.
